Vanguard is a ministry to and through the arts. It is an outreach ministry of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Point Loma that celebrates performance art. For more than four decades, Vanguard has presented highly regarded serious drama, comedies, Broadway musicals, dance concerts including modern, flamenco and Japanese genres, as well as, numerous original plays, revues, and musicals.
Here at Westminster we believe in a loving and creative God and we believe that our loving and creative God calls all of us to be loving and creative people in the world. So, Vanguard is one way that we do just that: share love and creativity.
